According to Arab media reports, after years of patience and waiting, a Jordanian woman finally gave birth to her first child after several unsuccessful attempts.
Dr. Hala Abu Ghoush explained that the birth of the child named Majdolin was achieved through IVF after 15 attempts at pregnancy and 27 years of marriage, making it the first of its kind.
Dr. Hala Abu Ghoush and her team are following the case of the senior consultant obstetrician couple in Oman.
They revealed that the husband is 55 years old while the wife is 44 years old, who has given a unique medical achievement to this birth. Dr. Abu Ghoush said, “There is no case of having a child without donors after 27 years of marriage.”
According to Dr. Abu Ghoush, this incident is the world’s first of its kind, as the couple gave birth to a child without relying on donors.
