National team captain Babar Azam has responded to opener batsman Imam-ul-Haq’s tweet on the social relations website Twitter yesterday. Imam-ul-Haq had written that life is an unexpected journey, so do not expect anything from anyone, be patient, Allah is watching.’
Earlier, Imam-ul-Haq had talked about fellow players in a press conference and had advised against any further experiments.
Imam-ul-Haq was not played in the fourth one-day match against New Zealand, after which he shared this message before the fifth match.
Cricket circles had said that Imam-ul-Haq was not played due to his statement in the press conference.
However, during the press conference after the fifth match, Babar Azam was asked about the tweet, to which Babar responded, “I don’t know, I haven’t seen my mobile to see if he tweeted or not. We will see what tweet he made.”
The captain further said, “There is no dissatisfaction in our team, the unity of our team is good and will remain so. If there is any issue in the family, we try to keep it within the team and not let it go outside. Boys don’t even make such moves, there is trust like family in the team.”
