Islamabad: The State Bank of Pakistan has stated that as of March 2023, the country’s current account is in surplus. From January to March of the current fiscal year, the current account deficit was $3.37 billion.
According to details, the State Bank of Pakistan has stated that as of March 2023, Pakistan’s current account is in surplus, with a surplus of $654 million and 40 lakh. The State Bank said that in February 2023, the current account was in a deficit of $36 lakh, while from January to March of the current fiscal year, the current account deficit was $3.37 billion.
According to the State Bank, the deficit was $13.01 billion in the previous fiscal year’s nine months.”
