FBAR has stated that discounts have been given on 133 items including Judge Drops, Karen Flex, Mosquito Spray, and Electric Oven. FBAR said that the additional customs duty on glucose and glucose syrup will be reduced to less than 5.83% and duty on various flour powders will be reduced to less than 16.67% and made zero.
In addition, customs duty on dog and cat food will be reduced to less than 16.67% and additional customs duty of 5.83% on various drops for eyes and additional customs duty on mosquito spray and electric oven will also be made zero.
According to FBAR, the reduction in customs duty and additional customs duty will come into effect from May 1, 2023, and the duty rates will gradually decrease until 2033.
