Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, the head of the Pakistan Muslim League – Quaid (PML-Q), has said that there is a conspiracy to waste time in the name of negotiations and Asif Zardari is playing a double game.
According to News, in relation to Pakistan’s current political situation regarding elections, Supreme Court orders, and efforts towards negotiations, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, the head of the PML-Q, expressed his reaction on social media site Twitter.
The senior politician has tweeted several times on this matter, saying that there is a conspiracy to waste time in the name of negotiations and Asif Zardari is playing a double game. Under this conspiracy, Fazlur Rahman is being kept out of negotiations on the orders of Nawaz Sharif. Nawaz Sharif will return to London from Saudi Arabia and will not come to Pakistan until his conditions are met for the elections. The former federal minister further said that caretaker governments should end, progress should be made, declines should be stopped, cars should be returned, and offices should be handed back. Rs. 21 billion will be released by April 27, otherwise, one must prepare for serious consequences.
He said that the Supreme Court has raised the flag of the constitution and the law and has also given permission to political parties. The same parties that are not fit for the public are becoming obstacles in the elections. Due to the busy schedule of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, his visit to Saudi Arabia has been postponed.
Sheikh Rashid wrote in the tweet that the Supreme Court’s order to hold elections on May 14 is final and there is no room for change. The government has gotten itself stuck in its own trap.
