“I don’t think that the general elections will be held on time,” said Federal Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination, Asad Umar.

In an interview with ARY News, Asad Umar expressed concern that in his opinion, the elections will be held after October as per the constitution, which will lead to an extension and nothing unconstitutional will happen.

Asad Umar stated that it was decided that the party that holds the ministry will have the right to make appointments. If this ministry was with us, then our person should have been appointed in the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). However, Chairman Najam Sethi did not appoint someone from the Pakistan Peoples Party.
