According to details, Imran Khan has prepared a special power of attorney and nominated Naeem Bokhari as his alternate lawyer for legal proceedings.
Naeem Bokhari has the authority to file petitions, appeals, and inter-court appeals in all courts. Imran Khan said that due to personal engagements, he cannot appear in court in cases related to land and army.
The Chairman of the PTI said that Naeem Bokhari also has the authority to record my statement in court.
On the other hand, the Chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan has requested to hear all cases against him in one place.
In the application filed by Imran Khan in the Lahore High Court, it was stated that the life of the applicant is in serious danger.
The Chairman of the PTI has stated in the application that all cases filed in Punjab should be heard at one place.
