The President emphasized that the cooperation of workers in industrial production is essential for national development. Despite their participation in economic prosperity, workers still face issues such as low wages and job security. He stated that the labor force is the backbone of our economy, and taking steps to protect their rights is essential. Pakistan has a large labor force and young population, and providing them with modern skills is necessary. On the other hand, the Prime Minister, Shahbaz Sharif, said that they are determined to ensure the social and economic prosperity of the working class.
