Double bread slices – six to eight pieces
Filling spices – a cup
Cooking oil – for frying
1. Potato filling
Potatoes (boiled and stuffed) – Two pieces
Salt – to taste
Pepper (thickly chopped); half a teaspoon
Green coriander (finely chopped) 2- Two tablespoons
Mint (finely chopped) – a tablespoon
Green Chilies (Finely Chopped) * One to two pieces
Price – 200 grams
Salt 1- to taste
Ginger crushed garlic – a teaspoon
Crushed red pepper – half a teaspoon
Crushed turmeric; a quarter teaspoon
Soak the double bread slices one by one in water for four to five minutes.
Place one slice between the two hands, squeeze well and squeeze the water out of the double bread.
Mix all the spices well in the potato and keep it in the fridge for ten to fifteen minutes.
To make roasted minced meat, put all the spices in the minced meat, cover it over medium heat and cook till the minced water dries up.
Place a tablespoon of mashed or roasted potato in the middle of a slice of double bread and squeeze it into a roll – then refrigerate for half an hour.
Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat for three to five minutes and fry the bread rolls golden.
