Money Looted From Poor And Developing Countries Should Be Returned Immediately, PM

Prime Minister Imran Khan has demanded immediate return of money looted from poor and developing countries.

According to details, Prime Minister Imran Khan addressed a high-level panel on financial accountability and transparency on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.

During the speech, the Prime Minister said that کال 1 trillion is transferred every year through white collar crime but the international community should take effective measures on the issue of money laundering.

The Prime Minister said that the UN would have to take steps to curb illicit remittances and at the same time make unfair investment agreements fair and without taking effective measures the gap between rich and poor would widen.

He added that billions of dollars are being smuggled out of developing countries every year and that developing countries have been hit hard by Corona this year.
