The Sindh Education Department has taken a major step against corruption on the issue of voluntary refund to NAB.
According to details, the Sindh Education Department has sought all the records of teachers who have voluntarily returned money from all over Sindh.
The Sindh Education Department has sent an emergency letter to the education officers of all the districts.
The letter said that full information should be provided to all the teachers who benefited from the voluntary refund. All District Education Officers should provide information forms to the teachers of their respective districts within two days.
The letter further said that which teachers paid the amount voluntarily and the details should be provided. The court has directed action against such persons.
The Sindh Education Department said in a letter that a report against such teachers has to be submitted to the High Court within 30 days. Disciplinary departmental action should also be taken against such teachers and action should be taken on priority basis.
The Sindh Education Department has directed the education officers of all the districts to complete the report within two days and provide it immediately.
