Order to Arrest and Present Usman Buzdar in Court

DG Khan: The Anti-Corruption Court has issued orders to arrest former Chief Minister of Punjab, Usman Buzdar, and present him in court, revoking his bail on non-appearance.

According to details, DG Khan heard the case of the private transport company’s illegal allocation of government land.

The case was heard by Special Judge Anti-Corruption Court, Naveed Ahmed. Despite multiple notices, Usman Buzdar did not appear in court. The court revoked the bail of former Chief Minister of Punjab, Usman Buzdar, on non-appearance.

The Anti-Corruption Court ordered the arrest of Usman Buzdar and his future presentation in court.

On the other hand, Special Judge Anti-Corruption, Muzaffargarh, also canceled the interim bail of former Chief Minister of Punjab, Usman Buzdar, and revoked the bail prior to arrest on non-compliance.

Anti-Corruption DG Khan had filed a case against Usman Buzdar for illegally establishing a bus stand on government land. The case nominated 5 individuals, including former Chief Minister of Punjab, Usman Buzdar.
