Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange saw a positive trend in business last week, with an increase of more than 600 points in the 100 index.
According to details, during May 1-5, 2023, there was an increase of 661 points in the 100 index, and at the end of the week, the 100 index closed at 42,241 points, showing a 1.60% increase in the 100 index during the week.
During last week, a business of 94 crore shares was conducted in the stock market, with a total business value of 31.41 billion rupees during the week.
The market capitalization increased by 67 billion rupees during the week and the market capitalization reached 6,356 billion rupees.
