Mumbai: Indian media has claimed that the upcoming film “Jawaan” of Bollywood’s superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s production company Red Chillies Entertainment has suddenly been postponed. According to media reports, the film was scheduled to be released in cinemas on the 2nd of next month, but the filmmakers have suddenly changed their decision and the announcement of its new date will be made later.
The film “Jawaan” starring superstar action in lead role Shah Rukh Khan, along with actors Neena Tara and Vjay Sethupathi, will also showcase their acting prowess. It is directed by Atlee Kumar.
Indian media, citing sources, reported that the production team requested more time to use visual effects (VFX) in the film in a better way, so that a product could be presented that could compete with super hit films.
It is being said that “Jawaan” will be released before August, while the filmmakers are considering different dates. They had agreed on June 29 at one point, but some officials at Red Chillies Entertainment think it should be released on August 11 or 25.
According to sources, the work to improve the visual effects in the film will be completed in May, and if the film is released in August, its chances of success are low as there are other big films scheduled for release in the same month.
