Karachi: There has been a decrease of 100 rupees in the price of gold, after which the price per tola became 2,37,200 rupees.
According to the details, there has been a continuous increase in the price of gold throughout the country. In the international market, a decline of 13 US dollars was observed in the price per ounce of gold, and the new price became 1,959 US dollars.
According to the All Pakistan Jameel’s Association of Jewelers, after the decrease in prices in the global market, a reduction of 100 rupees per tola was observed in the local currency markets of Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan, and other cities. The new price of gold per tola became 2,37,200 rupees.
In addition, there has been a decrease of 85 rupees in the price of 10 grams of gold, and it now stands at 2,03,361 rupees, whereas in the global market, gold has become cheaper at 13 dollars per ounce, reaching 1,959 dollars.
On the other hand, stability was observed in the prices of silver per tola and 10 grams, with prices remaining at the levels of 29,000 rupees and 24,86.28 rupees, respectively.
