On the third day of Eid in the city of Quaid-e-Azam, Karachi, police teams searched several areas with the parents of two little girls who went missing from a sea view. However, the girls could not be found.
According to ARY News, on the evening of April 24, a family from Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, went to Sea View for recreation, but the recreation turned into a nightmare when the two innocent sisters of the family disappeared suddenly from near the Kebabjees canteen.
The investigation department of the Dharashan police station has started a search and combine operation in various areas to find three-year-old Anabia and two-year-old Bushra bint Muhammad Nauman. Yesterday, an operation was carried out under the supervision of the DSP Dharshan-e-Maqbool. During the search operation, the parents and relatives of the girls were also present.
The police authorities said that several places were checked on the identification of the family, and a complete search was conducted in the rivers and surroundings. The shrines of Abdullah Shah Ghazi and Khanabadosh areas were also checked. The teams also reached railway stations, Railway Colony Cantonment Station, Shireen Jinnah Colony, Kiamari, and surroundings. During the search and combine operation, teams also had pamphlets and banners.
During the operation, pamphlets were distributed to the public regarding the disappearance of the girls. The police authorities said in their statement, “The search has been ongoing since last night…”
