Karachi: The trend of a decrease in the price of gold continued today in the country, with a noticeable decline in the price of gold on the second day of the business week.
According to details, after a day of increase in prices, a significant reduction of thousands of rupees per tola was observed nationwide in the price of gold, while in the global market, the price of gold reached $2006 after $9.
There has been a decrease of Rs. 2,000 in the price per tola of gold, after which the price per tola of gold has reached Rs. 233,100.
After the decrease in prices in the global market, a reduction of Rs. 2,000 per tola was observed in the price of gold in the local currency markets of Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, and other cities.
On the other hand, there has been a decrease of Rs. 1,714 in the price of 10 grams of gold, after which the price of 10 grams of gold has reached Rs. 199,846.
In addition, there has been a decrease of Rs. 50 and Rs. 42.86 in the prices of per tola and 10 grams of silver, respectively, and the new prices are Rs. 2,950 and Rs. 2,529.14, respectively.
