GUWAHATI: Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that there has been no change in Pakistan’s Kashmir policy, and there can be no change in diplomatic relations until India reverses its unilateral actions on Kashmir in 2019.
Speaking at a press conference in Guwahati, Bhutto said that the Pakistan People’s Party’s position is that they want to normalize relations with India and create an environment for negotiations by reversing India’s unilateral actions on occupied Kashmir in 2019.
Bhutto said that there has been no change in Pakistan’s position on its Kashmir policy, and India has violated mutual and international laws with its unilateral actions in 2019, which has led to an increase in distance.
He said that our position on the United Nations Security Council resolutions is clear, and the UN resolution on Kashmir is in our favor. Pakistan has always maintained that UN resolutions should be implemented, and if international law is followed, the issue can be resolved.
