Lahore: The leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and former provincial health minister, Dr. Yasmin Rashid, was arrested by the police from Services Hospital.
Yasmin Rashid was brought to the hospital from jail some time ago due to her deteriorating health. She is wanted by Lahore police in three cases registered at the police stations of Sor Road, Gulberg, and Shadman, including charges of terrorism and other offenses.
The former provincial minister was released from Kot Lakhpat Jail on bail after the suspension of the detention orders. The police of Model Town Division reached Services Hospital to arrest Yasmin Rashid.
It is being reported that due to her deteriorating health condition, the PTI leader will be kept in the hospital.
