Karachi: The roof of a hotel standing over a drain collapsed at Indus More in the area of Sir Syed, causing citizens to fall into the drain.
According to details, the hotel was located above the drain in Indus More, North Karachi, and citizens sitting in the hotel, along with chairs, fell into the drain as the roof of the gate collapsed.
Police say that several young people were mildly injured after falling into the drain, while the video available on social media shows that citizens were helping the citizens who fell into the drain.
Officials say that after the incident, a duty officer visited the scene and according to initial investigation, the incident occurred due to gas pressure.
