اللَّهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا
Allahumma bismika amootu wa ahya
Meaning
O Allah, in Your name I die and I live.
ترجمہ
اے اللہ! تیرے نام سے مرتا ہوں اور جیتا ہوں۔
Dua Before Sleeping
سونے کی دعا
بِاسْمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا
Bismika Allahumma amootu wa ahya
Meaning
In Your name, O Allah, I die and I live.

اے اللہ! تیرے نام سے سوتا ہوں اور جیتا ہوں۔

سحری کی دعا
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي لَكَ صُمْتُ وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ وَعَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَعَلَى رِزْقِكَ أَفْطَرْتُ
Allahumma inni laka sumtu wa bika amantu wa alayka tawakkaltu wa ala rizqi-ka aftartu
Meaning
O Allah, I fasted for You, I believe in You, I put my trust in You, and with Your provision I break my fast.
ترجمہ
اے اللہ! میں نے تیرے لیے روزہ رکھا، تیرے اوپر ایمان لایا، تیرے اوپر بھروسہ کیا اور تیرے دیے ہوئے رزق سے افطار کیا۔

Dua for Iftar
افطار کی دعا
ذَهَبَ الظَّمَأُ وَابْتَلَتِ الْعُرُوقُ وَثَبَتَ الْأَجْرُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ
Dhahaba al-dhama'u wabtalat al-'urooq wa thabata al-ajru in sha Allah
Meaning
The thirst has gone, the veins are moistened, and the reward is confirmed, if Allah wills.
ترجمہ
پیاس جا چکی، رگیں بھگج چکیں اور انعام مستحکم ہو چکا ہے، اللہ نے چاہا تو۔

اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّي عَلَى ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ
Allahumma a'inni 'ala dhikrika wa shukrika wa husni 'ibadatika
Meaning
O Allah, help me to remember You, thank You and worship You in the best manner.

اے اللہ! مجھے اپنی یاد، شکر اور بہترین عبادت میں مدد دے۔

Morning Dua
صبح کی دعا
أَصْبَحْنَا وَأَصْبَحَ الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ
Asbahna wa asbahal mulku lillahi wal hamdu lillahi la ilaha illallah wahdahu la shareeka lahu
Meaning
We have entered the morning and at this time the kingdom belongs to Allah. Praise is for Allah. None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, alone, without partner.
ترجمہ
ہم نے صبح کی اور تمام بادشاہی اللہ کی ہے۔ حمد اللہ کے لیے ہے۔ اللہ کے سوا معبود نہیں، وہ اکیلا ہے، اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں۔

شام کی دعا
أَمْسَيْنَا وَأَمْسَى الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ
Amsayna wa amsal mulku lillahi wal hamdu lillahi la ilaha illallah wahdahu la shareeka lahu
Meaning
We have entered the evening and at this time the kingdom belongs to Allah. Praise is for Allah. None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, alone, without partner.
ترجمہ
ہم نے شام کی اور تمام بادشاہی اللہ کی ہے۔ حمد اللہ کے لیے ہے۔ اللہ کے سوا معبود نہیں، وہ اکیلا ہے۔

نظر بد سے بچاؤ کی دعا
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
A'udhu bikalimatillahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq
Meaning
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of that which He has created.

میں اللہ کے مکمل کلمات کی پناہ مانگتا ہوں اس ہر برائی سے جو اس نے پیدا کی ہے۔

Dua for Parents
والدین کے لیے دعا
رَبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا
Rabbir-hamhuma kama rabbayani sagheera
Meaning
My Lord, have mercy on them as they brought me up when I was small.
ترجمہ
اے میرے رب! ان پر رحم فرما جیسے انہوں نے مجھے چھوٹے پالا۔

رزق کی دعا
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا وَعَمَلًا مُتَقَبَّلًا
Allahumma inni as'aluka 'ilman nafi'an wa rizqan tayyiban wa 'amalan mutaqabbalan
Meaning
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure provision, and accepted deeds.

اے اللہ! میں تجھ سے نافع علم، پاک رزق اور قبول عمل مانگتا ہوں۔

استغفار کی دعا
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيَّ الْقَيُّومَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
Astaghfirullaha al-'Adheema alladhi la ilaha illa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyoomu wa atubu ilayh
Meaning
I seek forgiveness from Allah, the Mighty, whom there is none worthy of worship except He, the Living, the Self-Sustaining, and I repent to Him.
ترجمہ
میں اللہ سے معافی مانگتا ہوں، جو بڑا ہے، جس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، وہ زندہ ہے، قائم رکھنے والا ہے، اور میں اس کی طرف توبہ کرتا ہوں۔

پریشانی کی دعا
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحُزْنِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-huzni wa a'udhu bika minal-'ajzi wal-kasal
Meaning
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, and I seek refuge in You from inability and laziness.
ترجمہ
اے اللہ! میں تجھ سے پریشانی اور غم سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں، اور بے بسی اور سستی سے بھی۔

ہدایت کی دعا
اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي وَسَدِّدْنِي
Allahumma ihdini wa saddidni
Meaning
O Allah, guide me and make me steadfast.

اے اللہ! مجھے ہدایت دے اور سیدھا کر۔

گھر میں داخل ہونے کی دعا
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَلَجْنَا وَبِسْمِ اللَّهِ خَرَجْنَا وَعَلَى رَبِّنَا تَوَكَّلْنَا
Bismillahi walajna wa bismillahi kharajna wa ala Rabbina tawakkalna
Meaning
In the name of Allah we enter, in the name of Allah we leave, and upon our Lord we rely.

اللہ کے نام سے داخل ہوتے ہیں، اللہ کے نام سے نکلتے ہیں اور اپنے رب پر بھروسہ کرتے ہیں۔

Dua for Marriage
نکاح کی دعا
رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
Rabbana hab lana min azwaajina wa dhurriyyatina qurrata a'yunin waj'alna lil-muttaqiena imama
Meaning
Our Lord, grant us from among our spouses and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us leaders for the righteous.
ترجمہ
اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں ہماری بیویوں اور اولاد سے آنکھوں کی ٹھنڈک دے اور ہمیں پرہیزگاروں کا پیشوا بنا۔
