Biography
Ahmad Bahai is a prominent Iranian-American scientist and engineer who has made significant contributions to the field of electrical engineering and semiconductor technology. As the former CTO of Texas Instruments and later chief technologist at National Semiconductor, Bahai has been instrumental in advancing mixed-signal semiconductor technology. He holds multiple patents and has published extensively in IEEE journals. Born in Iran and educated at Sharif University of Technology, Bahai went on to earn his PhD from Stanford University. His work on analog and mixed-signal circuits has had a significant impact on modern electronics. He is also known for his contributions to education and mentorship in the Iranian-American scientific community.
