Sana Javed

Sana Javed is a Pakistani television actress known for her elegant screen presence and memorable performances in romantic and family dramas. Born on 25 March 1993 in Karachi, she was interested in acting from her school days and made her television debut in 2012 with a supporting role in Mera Pehla Pyar.

Career

Sana's big breakthrough came with the hugely popular Pyarey Afzal (2013), in which she played the headstrong Farah opposite Hamza Ali Abbasi — a role that made her a household name. She went on to star in Zara Yaad Kar (2016), Ruswai (2019), where she played the victim-turned-survivor Noor, and the sports drama Dunk (2022), opposite Bilal Abbas Khan. Her other notable serials include Mera Rab Waris and Bikhray Moti.

Personal life

Sana's personal life has drawn significant public attention. She married Umair Jaswal in 2020; the couple divorced in 2023. In January 2024 she married cricketer Shoaib Malik in a ceremony that became one of the most talked-about celebrity events of the year.
